It is called Dasangam, because of the basic 10 natural ingredients i.e. Kukiil, Kungililyarn, white Kungiliyam, Koraikizhangu, dhevadharu wood, Sambrani, Karahil sticks, sandalwood, Vilamichai root, mattipal ln addition lac, camphor, silasatthu, honey, cows gee and jaggery are also sometimes added.
Dasangam Dhoop Powder has a very pleasing fragrance

It is in Powder form. For usage the powder has to be filled in the cone given and powder cones is made ready. When its lighted the natural aroma and fragrances will come and it will last for half-an-hour.
